BIOGRAPHY

I am a fine artist, originally from Pakistan and recently returned after completing my Masters in Fine Arts in the UK. Passionate about working with letters and alphabets from the Arabic and English languages, I employ artistic techniques of deconstruction and reconstruction to explore the boundaries of language, creating an abstract language of my own.

 

By reconstructing alphabets from these two distinct languages, I give birth to abstract alphabets that transcend the confines of our world. They possess a mysterious allure, enticing viewers to delve into their enigmatic beauty. Although these new alphabets remain elusive to understanding, they serve as a testament to the power of artistic expression and the inherent limitations of language.

 

Continuing to expand my creative horizons, my artistic practice encompasses a range of mediums, including mixed media and installations, allowing me to explore diverse forms of expression and engage with viewers on multiple sensory levels.

My works have been featured in numerous exhibitions. Through my art, I aim to challenge conventional perceptions, ignite curiosity, and evoke a sense of wonderment in the realm of language and visual communication.
